What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns at this time. However, if you contact us before your order ships, we’re happy to cancel it for you, no problem.
All Absolute tamas are covered by our Absolute Guarantee, so if something isn’t holding up like it should, we’ve got your back.

When will I get my order?
We typically ship same or next business day (excluding weekends). If there’s any delay, we’ll personally reach out and keep you in the loop.
Pre-Orders are the exception, they’ll ship on the expected release date. You may receive a tracking number early, but it won’t update until the item is actually in the hands of the shipping carrier.
How long does clear service take?
Clear service typically takes 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your tama. Once it arrives, it’s prepped and added to our weekly clear queue.
Every tama goes through multiple quality checks (QC) to ensure proper adhesion and coat consistency. After clearing, we allow a 3 day cure time before shipping to ensure durability.
If a QC issue is found after curing, your order may be delayed by an additional 1-2 weeks. We’ll always prioritize quality over speed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all U.S. orders, no minimum required.
For international orders, rates start at $20 and may vary depending on your location and package weight.

What is a D-Grade Tama?
D-Grade (Destruction Grade) tamas are tamas that didn’t fully pass Destroy All Tamas’ QC checks for paint. These flaws are cosmetic only and do not affect the clear coat, playability, or durability.
D-Grade tamas are made to be played and destroyed, without worrying about the small stuff. Every Absolute D-Grade tama is still backed by the full Absolute Guarantee, just like all of our Absolute tamas.
What is Absolute Clear?
Absolute Clear is Destroy All Tamas’ in-house clear coat, crafted for the ideal slip-to-grip ratio and a smooth break-in over time. It’s designed to feel great from day one and only get better with use.
Every tama finished with Absolute Clear is backed by our Absolute Guarantee, because we stand behind every tama we clear.
What is Absolute Gaurantee?
Our signature Absolute Clear is backed by a 3 month guarantee for regular daily play. If your tama’s clear fails under normal use, we’ll reclear it for free, you just cover shipping to us.
This guarantee is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
